Camp Flapjacks

mix all the dry stuff together and store in a ziploc bag. When you want to use it, mix in egg and add the 1 cup of water and stir well until blended and mostly smooth. Cook in a pan until browned. Makes 2 hearty servings of great flapjacks!

Comment by Oregonmouse:

I really like the "Kodiak Cakes" pancake mix. It already contains eggs and milk, so you need add only water. And I far prefer whole-grain foods. Adding fresh wild huckleberries makes them a dish fit for a king!
