Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Red Mill Oat Bran Cereal.
1/4 cup white flour.
2 tablespoons dry powdered milk
1 teaspoonJustWhites eggpowder(makes the white part of 1/2 egg)
1/4 packet stevia (or 1/2 teaspoon sugar instead)
1/4 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Blend (or salt instead)
1 teaspoon baking powder.

3-1/2 to 4 oz. water
1-1/2 teaspoon cooking oil (I use canola oil)

Bake 25 minutes @ 425 degrees

Notes:
Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran Cereal is found in the flour/sugar aisle of any supermarket. Not in the cereal aisle! Stevia packets, powdered milk, and Mrs. Dash salt substitute are all found there too.
The dry/wet balance is important, I use exactly 3-3/4 ounce water. Too dry will be crumbly. Too wet will not solidify.
Canola oil will not break down at high temperature like other oils do.
Bisque ts will not rise without baking powder.
