The Just Veggies taste almost fresh in this dish. --Yum!

Kekawaka's Stars-n-Trees

Yields: 1 generous serving

Pre-package in ziploc baggie:

1/2 cup Bionaturae "Stelline" pasta stars
1/4 oz. (rounded 1/4 cup) Just Veggies
1/4 oz. (rounded 1/4 cup) Just Tomato Bits

Pre-package in tiny ziploc bag:

1 T Road's End Organics"Chreese" Cheddar Style Mix

From your staple supplies:

1 tsp. olive oil

Fuel:

1/2 oz. alcohol (may vary depending on stove)

Directions:

Empty pasta mix into pot and add 1 cup of water. Leave to rehydrate for 15 minutes.

Add olive oil. Bring to a boil and immediately stir in Chreese powder while pot is still over the flame. The fuel should expire just as you get the Chreese mixed in. Tuck the pot into it's cozy and let sit for 5 more minutes. Mixture will continue to thicken in the cozy.

-- variation: if you like things spicy, try using the Spicy Just Veggies, or I sometimes mix the spicy and plain veggie mixes for a more moderate bite.
