1 packette of chicken breast
1 Tuna Helper tetrazinni
Powdered milk
3 tbsp butter or oil
3 tortilla shells
Repackage the powdered Tuna Helper Sauce mix that comes witht the Tetrazinni and add powdered milk
Heat 16 ounces of water and butter or oil a to boil
Add sauce mix, milk mix, and tetrazinni noodles
I find that if I reconstitute the milk in cold water it does not lump up- so you might want to add the sauce mix and milk powder to the water before it is heated
Simmer for 4 minutes, add chicken meat
Continue to simmer for 6 to 8 more minutes
Cut tortilla shells into bite sized chunks and add to cooked meal, stir it up
Next time I make it I am going to add shredded sharp cheddar.
Another twist would be to add Texas Pete or other hot sauce.
